We accept Visa/MC/Amex/Discover, cashiers check, money orders and if you're local cash is always welcome!
First make sure what you are purchasing is legal in the state you reside. Your local ffl "Firearms dealer" will have the most up to date information if you are not sure.
Once you place your order you will get an order number and we'll send you an email with instructions along with a separate payment link to pay for your order and get it in process.
When you're ordering you can also put your FFL dealers contact information in the "special instructions" box or simply email us their information after you place the order.
If you'd like to pay by phone give us a call during business hours or let us know and we will contact you by phone/email to complete payment information.
For out of state/online firearms orders have your FFL dealer email us a copy of their ffl to sales@x-werks.com and reference your order number. You will need to check with your FFL dealer as well to make sure they accept transfers and confirm their store transfer fees.
When your order ships we will email you a tracking number and a copy of your invoice will be in the package as well.
All firearms sales are final unless the firearm is found defective at the FFL dealer before you take possession of it. Once the firearm has been transferred to you via 4473, it is not returnable as it has been assigned out to you and is now a "used" firearm and cannot be resold as "new." All warranties are through the manufacturer and if you have an issue we will do what we can to assist you with any warranty issues with the manufacturer.
If the firearm has not yet been transferred to you via a completed 4473 form or you are denied in your background check, please note that X-Werks will charge a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.
