All firearms sales are final unless the firearm is found defective at the FFL dealer before you take possession of it.
However, If you need to return a firearm for any reason—such as a failed background check or missing documents like a valid driver’s license—a 20% restocking fee will apply. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer (gun store, pawn shop, or any dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License).
If the firearm has not yet been transferred to you via a completed 4473 form, please note that X-Werks may charge return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once the firearm has been transferred to you and is no longer in the FFL’s possession, it is considered used—even if it hasn’t been fired. Because the firearm’s serial number is now registered to you on the 4473, X-Werks reserves the right to deny any return requests made after the transfer is completed.
